Oriental Beef from Sarah’s Recipe Card (Typed to the best of my ability below)

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 c thin green pepper slices
1 c pimiento slices
1 c green onions cut in 2 inch pieces
1 16 oz can bean sprouts
1 19 oz can vegetable soup
1 5 oz can water chestnuts
1/4 c. corn starch
1/2 c water
Combine beef, 2 Tbsp each Soy sauce and Worcestershire. Mix gently and shape into 1 inch patties.

In large skillet, brown, remove from skillet. Reduce heat add gr pepper slices, onions and pimiento. Toss with pan drippings, cover, cook 5 min. rinse bean sprouts, drain. Stir soup, Soy sauce and Worcestershire into skillet
add chestnuts meat patties and bean sprouts.

Heat just to a boil. stir 1/4 c. cornstarch into 1/2 cup water slowly add to skillet, stirring til juice thickens and boils. Boil 1 min. Serve over rice. Serves 6
