Mom’s Shortcut Lasagne, from what I remember…

Ground beef
garlic
spaghetti sauce
cottage cheese
black pepper
lasagna noodles
shredded mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese

Brown Beef Add spaghetti sauce and water. Combine cottage cheese and black pepper. Arrange half the lasagna noodles over sauce and spread with cottage cheese mixture. Repeat in Layers

Cover or not, I’ll let you know, and bake 45 to an hour at 350 degrees uncover for last 15 minutes to allow top to brown a little.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and allow lasagna to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
