Beef Porcupines
1 lb ground beef and 1 egg, beaten enough to make balls.
Brown all sides – add beef stock seasonings with 2-2 1/2 cups hot water. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes. Thicken Gravy

My mother, Sarah loved recipes. This is one of her favorite recipes, written by her from her vast recipe collection.  She passed away in June, 2001
